RESERVATION
We welcome you to dine with us for your memorable experience in the heart of Niseko resort!
All bookings, we take reservations 3 months in advance on a rolling basis on-line.
Please see the following terms and important notes and click the reservation button.
SUMMER (July to early October)
Lunch from 12:00 to 13:30(last seating) on Fri / Sat / Sun
Dinner from 18:00 to 20:30(last seating) on Thu / Fri / Sat
WINTER (December to early April)
Dinner from 18:00 to 20:30(last seating) on Mon to Sat
TERMS AND IMPORTANT NOTES
Because of the structure and size of our restaurant we kindly ask you followings;
Guests can certainly request tables but unfortunately we cannot guarantee as we allocate on the day according to table configurations and booking date.
<Cancellation Policy>
As we may not able to check e-mails, please advise us via telephone if you need to cancel your table, within 48 hours to prior to the booking.
Cancellation Fee: 24hrs or less - 100% will be charged to your credit card.
<Dietary Requests>
Please note that while we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, we do require at least 24 hours notice.
<Reconfirmation>
We require all guests to confirm their tables by 6pm on the day before the reservation.
You will receive auto-reminder e-mail at noon 3 days and one day before the reservation. Please send us the confirmation. Also we try to contact them, but if we fail to confirm and they never call us, we don’t guarantee their tables and may use them for our waitinglisted customers.
<Child Policy>
For safety reasons also for the comfort and convenience of other guests, Kamimura is unable to accommodate younger children under 7 years old.
We welcome the younger children for the summer lunch ONLY.
<About Corkage for BYO>
We do NOT allow guests to bring their own bottles into Kamimura.
<Refundable Deposit>
For all reservations we require a refundable deposit to secure the booking.
The amount of the menu price will be held on your credit card & will be subject to our
cancellation policy. It is not prepayment, will be refunded to your credit account after your
visit, so we ask you for the payment bill at the restaurant.
**In order to maintain your deposit, we will refresh the deposited amount each month. Warning: This may temporarily create a double-charge which will eventually be refunded to you.
